Am trying to look at what most of us having been going through wondering how we can make money through freelance jobs. Since most of our friends have been telling us that there are lots of employment opportunities, but what they don’t tell you is what to do and what not to do to ensure that we are successful in the searching of service seeking opportunities.

There are three things which you must have if you are serious in the job searching;
• A computer
• An internet connection
• Desire to succeed in the job you are searching

As long as you have the three primary things as far a freelance jobs is concerned, then am sure we are heading somewhere. We have talked of three things-rights? Now, I also want to tackle three common mistakes which have made most of us despair in searching for freelance jobs. This article has been designed for these kinds of people in mind to help them realize that there are more opportunities than they can ever imagine only that they are not following some tips to see that they go through this complicated step towards getting a freelance job of your choice.

An opportunity that sounds too tasty: does that sound familiar? I mean have you ever gotten to a search engine and when you type the keyword which describes best your work category, what you find is just ‘amazing’. Reason? It may be a trade job, just an example, and the person after typing the keywords ‘trade job’, what follows is a well designed website, a very attractive one which is offering 156k a month for trade job. How do you feel? Is it not a God sent website to make things easier for you?-hi, wake up, this is just a dream, there is no way where you will find legitimate jobs offering this ,kind of salary. What is the company dealing with to give you search amount of salary, and since you are not the only employee, how successful is that company to be paying all the employees that kind of salary considering the salary range of a tradesman for example?

Heavy initial outlay-NO: in most of the freelance jobs, you will be required to make some investments. But for the case of freelance jobs, the initial outlay should not be that heavy. If you sense that the website is asking for a lot of initial outlay for a start of the project, then you better considering having another website which is serious because that according to me, is ‘stealing’.
